We will be touring the Island of Antigua and discover its unique Culinary repertoire
The Island of Antigua has Culinary influences from the Spanish , French and the English,
you will enjoy dishes such as the pepper pot, Curried conch, Seasoned Rice, Snapper in banana leaves, and our famous Antigua Black pineapple pie.
Antigua is famous for its world renowned English Harbor five year rum which received a gold medal award in the 2005 world spirit competition held in San Francisco. Ranking it as one of the best tasting Rum in the world.
Your tour will consist of
4 days of luxurious Island accommodations just minutes from the beach
hands – on cooking classes, Daily continental buffet breakfast, served lunch and dinner
Ladies will Spend a day at the Galley bay resort and spa

Day One Thursday
Pick up at the airport and Transfer to the hotel, arrive at the villa and enjoy a grand welcome with Island dinner prepared by Freda and her Assistants. Later enjoy relaxation with cocktails pool side/ beach side
Day Two Friday
Morning hands -on cooking class with Freda at the Villa, Later we will tour the city of St John and visit some local historic sites and enjoy some island shopping, We will stop for lunch and relaxion at Bambula Restaurant. Ladies can enjoy a afternoon spa treatment at the Galley Bay Resort Spa or explore on their own, Gentlemen can enjoy a round of golf at one of our local golf clubs or explore on their own. Dinner on your own or enjoy a light dinner back at our hotel
Day Three Saturday
After Breakfast We will enjoy a morning tour of the local farmers market followed by afternoon excursion on our local Island cruise. We will tour secluded off Island sites and enjoy a fantastic Lobster lunch Buffet, Dinner demonstration & dining cooking class using ingredients we bought at the market, by our local chef Jones, owner of Jones Island Restaurant and Catering.
Day Four Sunday
Good bye breakfast and farewells, depending on your flight schedule time for relaxing at the beach or some last minute shopping bus will transfer you to the airport
